News   HUD Extends Due Date for 12/31/09 Financial Submission System performance issues have been identified with Secure Systems and HUD has extended the due date for the 12/31/09 financial submission to 3/31/2010. PHAs with fiscal year-ends of 6/30/09, 9/30/09, and 12/31/09 that have experienced or are experiencing system delays will not be penalized on their unaudited and audited submissions.
