News   SAGIS Update & Interim Obligation Letter HUD announced that for the first three months of CY 2008, the Department will provide operating subsidies to PHAs based on CY 2007 eligibility. The interim obligation letters for this period will be posted at www.hud.gov/offices/pih/programs/ph/am/of/. HUD also announced an anticipated date of October 15, 2007 for SAGIS to be open to PHAs. PHAs should not enter SAGIS until a finalized schedule is posted.
